Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

• Standard USA shipping: $6.99 flat rate (contiguous United States)
• Free shipping: Available on the 10-Day Protocol Starter ($12.99), when all 3 products are ordered together, or on active monthly subscriptions
• Canada: Rate calculated at checkout based on destination
• International: We do not currently ship outside the USA and Canada

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• USA: 3-7 business days after shipment (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
• Canada: 7-14 business days after shipment

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, weather, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please:

1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. Contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional shipping charges.
