Data is stored on secure infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 database, GitHub encrypted repositories). We implement HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security practices. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (AI via Gemini API) — strictly for service operation
Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or court order

Protection: to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public

5. AI-Specific Data Practices

When you use Path (AI Health Advisor):

Conversation history is stored to provide personalized recommendations
Health profile data is sent to Google Gemini API for response generation
Google's data retention and privacy policies apply to API interactions
You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time
We do not use your health data for advertising purposes

Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you
Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: request deletion of your personal data
Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

7. HIPAA Notice

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

We use essential cookies for site functionality. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our newsletter uses standard email open/click tracking.
